Tip #2 -FOOD QUALITY MATTERS

An apple is better than a cookie. We all know this BUT, sometimes that cookie is the incentive we need to keep going. Reward Yourself every So often.

"The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (AND) advocates for a "total diet approach" to healthy eating, emphasizing a balanced variety of nutrient-dense foods consumed in moderation, alongside regular physical activity, rather than focusing on any single food or nutrient as the key to a healthy lifestyle; they believe the overall pattern of food eaten is most important for optimal nutrition.

Moving your body is essential for maintaining overall health and well-being, yet it often gets overlooked in our busy lives. Regular physical activity not only strengthens your muscles and improves cardiovascular health but also boosts your mood and reduces stress. Engaging in movement—whether through exercise, dancing, or simply taking a walk—can enhance your energy levels and support better sleep. Incorporating movement into your daily routine helps create a healthier lifestyle and fosters a deeper connection between your body and mind, making it a vital component of holistic health. Embrace the joy of movement and unlock its transformative benefits
